Because I’ve Been Where You Are. ​ I know what it’s like to be the dad who’s struggling. After serving active duty in the U.S. military, I came home without structure, without discipline — and without purpose. I turned to alcohol and addiction. I was just getting by, but deep down, I knew I was failing myself and my family. Everything changed the day I became a father. I realized I wasn’t just living for me anymore — I was the example my kids would follow. That hit me hard. I didn’t want them to grow up watching a man who had given up on himself. So I made a choice. I got sober. I rebuilt my habits, my body, and my mindset from the ground up. I found a new mission: to lead from the front. Since then, I’ve owned my own gym, trained hundreds of clients, and dedicated my life to helping veteran dads over 30 reclaim their strength, confidence, and identity. Alpha Resurgence isn’t just a workout plan — it’s a blueprint for rebuilding the man in the mirror so you can lead your family by example. This is about legacy. And it starts with you.
